Join Elizabeth Cabalka for this four-session course designed to provide an understanding of, and experience with, various forms of Meditation, including Mindfulness. In this course, you will begin to understand and have many experiences of the profound physical, mental, and emotional benefits of Meditation; Experience/sample various forms of Meditation designed to support your well-being.
No previous experience is necessary. This class is chair-based and it is not necessary that you sit on the floor.
