Learn to use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a quick, easy self-help tool to bring emotional and energetic balance into your life. EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same meridians used in acupuncture for more than 5,000 years, but without needles. Instead simple fingertip tapping is used to activate energy in certain meridian points while you focus on your specific problem – a traumatic event, negative emotion, physical pain, fear, a bad habit, etc. Sending kinetic energy into the meridian (tapping) works to clear blockages, neutralize negative emotions, restore emotional harmony, and create a balance in body and mind.

Therese Naber developed an interest in learning about healing and energy work early in the 21st century. Her path of self-study, classroom study, and practical application has included reflexology, Touch for Health, reiki, and healing touch. However, when she discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) a few years ago, she knew she’d found the modality that truly resonated with her. She enjoys using EFT to work with both human and animal clients. Therese has an M.A. in education and is also a certified adaptive ski instructor and a therapeutic horseback-riding instructor.
