Have arthritis? Learn more and THRIVE!
Arthritis not only causes joint pain but also places limitations on activities of daily living. Though degenerative arthritis cannot be cured, one of the most important things you can do is manage your pain and prevent arthritis from worsening.
Learn how by attending a THRIVE meeting, Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at the Greencroft Community Center. Sonam Desai, a naturopathic doctor with Goshen Health, will review options that can prevent disease progression and help with pain management including physical, nutritional and lifestyle support for those living with arthritis.
