This class is a great way to finish your week. We work with pranayama (breathing techniques), mindful vinyasa flows and long hold yin poses to work through muscle/fascia tightness and build strength & stamina. We finish every class with guided meditation.
This term we will be building a vinyasa flow week by week, adding on variations and looking to deepen our understanding of the asana (postures).
This class is especially good for complete beginners. Some challenge is provided for more experienced yogis. Bring your own mat if you have one, some yoga mats available to use. Bring a blanket & cushion for meditation.

Class size max: 10 students - booking in advance is advisable, although drop-ins are always welcome. :)
