The Teachers' Biographies:
1- Yogi Ashish
Ashish is a Hatha , vinyasa, Ashtanga Yoga Alignment & Adjustment. He started yoga in the age of 6 years old, he has been into teaching yoga for six years and in this short period of time had shown exceptional qualities of a yoga teacher. He undertook the yogic training from the international School of Yoga, Ved Niketan Dham in Rishikesh and gained the master degree in yogic sciences from the Sanskrit University in Uttarakhand. As an explorer and traveler, he had attended many seminars and workshops on physical education, sports, and yoga which gave him insight into many new concepts. Where ever he went, and whenever he taught, he had always kept the standards of yoga high
Hatha Yoga,Meditation And Relaxation, Mantra And Teaching Methodology. She provides teaching of asanas, pranayama, meditation and other yoga forms with great precision and dedication. Having more than seven years of yoga journey to her credit, her acquired skills spells a new meaning through her teachings to the aspiring yogis. She did her post graduation in yoga from Sanskrit University in Haridwar and attained MSc in Yogic Science. She had participated in many international seminars. Her teaching style is quite inspiring and gave to students‘ lessons not only on how to do yoga but also how to become a good teacher.
