Beginning April 3, we'll be offering Yin Yoga at 8am on Tuesdays!

What is Yin? It's a type of yoga that balances the yin and yang aspect of ourselves, encourages the flow of prana, helps maintain the health of the connective tissues, and helps us develop a mindful meditation practice.
