In this class, we will discuss how to plan meals more efficiently and at a lower cost. You will learn tips for grocery shopping and meal preparation. Christy will offer tools, recipes and a strategy to get started without stress. You will also learn to incorporate seasonal produce to allow you to truly eat with the seasons. These are skills that you will use your entire life. We teach a similar series to our youth in our GRuB school program.

Christy Goff, MS, RDN, CD, is a registered dietitian nutritionist from Pacific Medical Centers. As a graduate from Bastyr University, her experience and passion for teaching wellness and nutrition has flourished. By applying her training and experience from individual counseling as a clinical dietitian at Swedish hospital and as a dietitian with WIC (the federal program for woman, infants and children) along with health presentations with the USDA’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), she helps clients start on a journey to solve their unique health goals. Christy brings her creative nature and positive outlook to all she does with the Living Well Alliance program and the field of nutrition.
