Lime and a Coconut is partnering with County Line Brewing for a fantastic night of gourmet Thai cuisine and stellar beers. Chef E and Brew Master Zach are working together to create amazing pairings of Thai food and locally crafted beer. We will offer a 4-course prix fixe menu with a variety of locally brewed beers.
for funzees: E's crispy Nutz!: Spanish peanuts caramelized in sugar, salt, cacao, and chili.
salad: Moo Nam Tok: grilled pork belly marinated in Slow Draw Oatmeal Stout, with roasted rice and chili, herbs, lime juice, red onion, and Esaan sauce.
soup: Poh Dak Talay: lime and a coconut soup with fresh herbs, chili paste, straw mushrooms, garlic, and seafood
main dish: Pad Gapow Nueah: spicy basil beef with handmade chili paste, lemongrass, scallions and sweet onion. Served with jasmine rice.
dessert: Gluay Kai Chuem: small, ripe Thai bananas caramelized in pandan leaf-infused syrup, and drizzled with sweet and salted coconut sauce and chocolate.
