Something new, challenging, athletic and fun! Come do some hip hop steppin’ with Elizabeth Bennett! This class is FREE to anyone. You do not have to be a member of gymlife. This is an opportunity to come have a little fun while burning some unwanted calories. The FREE CLASS is Saturday, April 14th at 9:30am and will last 30 to 45 minutes. We will learn two hip hop step routines. The steps will be put into a circle and you will move from step to step. Watch video for a sneak peak!
