The new data protection regulation ("GDPR") is soon here. GDPR will involve many changes for those who process personal data. The questions are many and the uncertainty high what the change will mean so it is important to be prepared.
Something we know is that GDPR and other legislation will now set higher demands on how companies can handle, for example, patient-generated data. What's really going on, what's important to think about, what happens if you do not meet the requirements, are there already smart solutions that can be linked to existing systems to save both time and money?
The questions are many and you are therefore warmly welcome to the joint breakfast seminar between HIP, SHI and Zacco where we answer some questions about GDPR.
Kristian Elftorp and Magdalena Jerner, from Zacco, are lawyers working to help companies reach an appropriate level of compliance with GDPR. Several of their projects involve companies active in healthcare.
Nina Sellberg from HIP is one of Sweden's leading digital e-health experts who will tell you how to technically solve HIP's existing solutions can solve the new GDPR requirements for patient-generated data, saving both time and money.
