Please join us for this this Level 2, 4-Week class series of Diving Deeper to the Source with Yoga Nidra. Dive deeply into this ancient practice of connection with Source. The Source of who we are and beyond.
All meditation has one ultimate aim & purpose:
To bring us into states of Unification, Peace, to grow toward Self Knowing, Self Realization. & connection with Source/Spirit/God. Yoga Nidra introduces us to these states of Being. We bypass the mind's concepts and dip into direct experience.
For the month of June, on Monday evenings, beginning the 4th through the 25th, we're diving deeper into the spirituality of Yoga Nidra.
The FIRST class on June 4, will be a 2 hour class, 6pm - 8pm.
Thereafter, they will be 6pm - 7:30pm
We'll be exploring:
* Primary Intention/ Connection to Source/God/Goddess/Universe/Spirit/Divine/Higher Self etc.
* Chakra System/ Subtle Anatomy (Featuring the Power of 6th Chakra/Third Eye, the point between the eyebrows.)
* Life Force Energy/ Prana
* Divinely Aligning
* Trusting & Letting Go to Divine Flow
A few notes on Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep, if you will be experiencing this practice for the first time:
Yoga Nidra is a sleep based meditation, which takes you to the deepest levels of relaxation. It is one of the most powerful forms of meditation, enabling the body to release physical tensions, mental and emotional stress, effortlessly.
It is so simple to practice and profound in its effects. With the practice of Yoga Nidra, practitioners are guided into a deep meditative experience with ease, requiring neither prior meditation practice nor intellectual understanding.
There is no prior meditation experience needed, and if you are a seasoned meditation practitioner, you're current practice can be deepened.
Whether we feel the stress of difficult emotions, hard to tame thoughts, or the daily stress of life, the overall consensus is that the majority of the population suffers from chronic stress and health related conditions.
Through a combination of alert awareness & deep relaxation, YN immerses the practitioner in the healing rhythms of the alpha brainwave state. Here, the intellectual right side of the brain and intuitive left brain harmonize, while supporting the balancing of the Sympathetic & Parasympathetic Nervous System, to bring about greater wellness on all levels of our being.
The only requirement is the willingness to relax deeply ... and not fall asleep! :)
~ Please wear loose & comfy clothing,
~ Bring a notebook & pen, a yoga mat, pillow & light blanket. This meditation is done in a reclined position or sitting up against a wall, if preferred.
~ Arrive a few minutes early so we may begin on time.

About Lotus Lindley:
Lotus began her path of wellness & spiritual exploration with dance, teaching Jazzercise in the 90’s, followed by teaching both Nia Technique & Ecstatic Dance practices in 2000. In 2001 she began a deep dive into a personal, Divine Feminine based Kundalini yoga practice. She became certified as an Amrit Method Yoga Nidra facilitator in 2010, through the lineage of her teacher. Her facilitation of YN has included teaching classes, workshops, as well as private sessions with clients who wished to do deeper inner work.
Lotus is also a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher & serves as a Oneness Blessing Giver. In addition, she’s a healer and has had a private practice for the last decade, integrating the path of the Divine Feminine and channeling Light Language. Through all her offerings, Lotus’ intention is to help all of our hearts to awaken to the qualities of Peace, Love & Wholeness which always resides within.
