This workshop will begin with a simple vinyasa practice designed to warm and prepare our bodies for successful advanced poses. Poses will be taught incrementally from the foundation to the complete pose. Poses such as headstand, handstand, forearm balance and others will be included. A strong yoga basics, intermediate or vinyasa practices is a prerequisite.
