Mom & Baby Yoga is an opportunity to take care of your mind and body post pregnancy.
This all levels program is designed to strengthen your core, improve your posture and relax using inspirational yoga postures, breath techniques and meditation. Meet other new moms and create community.
Open to mommies 4 weeks post pregnancy and babies 1 month-pre-crawling (or not crawling too far or too fast!)
