Hampton Christian Academy will be hosting its 5th Annual Auction Fundraiser and you don't want to miss this special evening of food, fellowship, and entertainment. There will be a unique variety of gifts and treasures to bid on, so mark your calendars and plan to join us for a night of spirited and generous bidding!
Enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres catered by Harmony Woods Baked Goods, gourmet treats, gifts, and treasures from the Auction Store. Take in the sounds of one of Hampton Roads local Christian band, James Alibi. Play a fun game of "Heads or Tails" to win an exciting prize and be entertained by the stylings of Auctioneer, Kyle Hause, Jr.
The following are important details about the auction and ways you can help:
DONATE AUCTION ITEMS! We need items for the silent and live auctions and the Auction Gift Store to help present a successful event. The following are suggestions for silent and live auction and Auction Gift Shop donations:
·Food and beverages, baked goods, candies and preserves, apparel, arts and crafts, health and beauty spa packages, vacation rentals, timeshare and resort packages, recreation (gym, pool, club) memberships; automotive services, catering, lawn, garden, home and professional services, dining and entertainment gift cards and certificates.
·Contact Kathy Luebke, Auction Gift Shop Manager at email@example.com, if you can donate fresh baked goods and treats, handmade treasures and art to sell. Store items are due by Thursday, April 19.
BECOME A SPONSOR! Sponsors are greatly needed! This is one easy way to support the auction and promote your business and/or honor your students at HCA.
· Sponsors' names will be listed in the program with giving levels of $25 to $99. In addition, those who contribute $100 to $499 in financial gifts or services will receive a business card, or quarter page size ad in the program and other auction publications. Sponsors with giving levels of $500 or more receive a half or full page size ad and auction tickets.
GET YOUR TICKETS! Advance tickets are available at the upper school office for $20, $23 online at our school website or $25 at the door. Every ticket purchase helps support the HCA Annual Fund. Your ticket includes:
·Entry to the auction and bid number
·Hors d'oeuvres, fellowship, and entertainment
·A chance to win beach house rentals, HCA Lower and Upper School's "Principal for a Day", an autographed copy of Bestseller, Hidden Figures, Family Getaways, Staycations and spa packages, jewelry and apparel, automotive, sports, and entertainment packages, student-made art work, home, garden, services, and more!
·The auction is open to the public and is for "ADULTS ONLY". All guests must be 18 years or older
KIDS' NIGHT AUCTION EVENT! While the auction is for "adults only", this is a fun way for our younger children, potty-trained through grade 5, to participate in the auction. This special event will feature games, snacks, crafts, movies, a special science presentation, and a Penny Auction! Complete and return the registration forms at our school office or on our website to secure a space for your children.
VIP EXPERIENCE!- Three lucky families will win the FAMILY VIP EXPERIENCE on auction night! Winners of the FACEBOOK PAGE “BEST CLASSROOM AUCTION PROJECT” will win a special reward! Winners of the MOST AUCTION DONATIONS Contest, and MOST AUCTION SPONSORS will receive:
·2 auction tickets
·Special entry to at the VIP Auction Preview
·4 free chances to play "Heads or Tails", reserved seating in the VIP section at the LIVE AUCTION,
·and, plenty of extra VIP treatment throughout the night.

This year’s auction theme is “Arabian Nights”. Auction attire is business, cocktail, ballroom, formal wear and in the spirit of the auction theme, “Arabian” attire is preferred.
