Each class will work to balance strength and flexibility in all muscle groups, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to
sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.
This program is available only to Hancock Wellness Center members. Each time a member attends this special class, their name will be added to a drawing to be held at the end of the month. The winner receives one FREE month of membership!
