The summer offering of my Grief Recovery Method® Grief Support Group will meet on Tuesdays from 7-9pm in the Veterans Memorial Building in Alameda. The program will run from June 12th through August 7th (Note: no meeting on July 3rd). This is not a drop-in group, but rather an action-based program, and your attendance is critical to your recovery work.
We'll work together to understand why what we've been taught about grief and loss doesn’t promote healing and can exacerbate the pain we feel. Then we'll learn how to become complete regarding a prominent loss, and reclaim our ability to live in the moment with joy.
This workshop is for everyone- recent divorcés, the bereaved, mental health professionals, or anyone experiencing a loss or major life change. Grief can inhibit our ability to live fully- allow me to help you move on from your pain.
“People start to heal the moment they feel heard.” -Cheryl Richardson
