Zen Yoga is an excellent place for beginners to drop in, folks with limitations or who simply want a slower, gentler practice, and "old goats" as Denise fondly refers to herself and her most beloved students.
A soothing series of movement & breath work that may include seated, standing and reclined postures, designed to restore restfulness and relaxation to mind & body. We often include gentle strength building poses and spinal stabilizing work.
Zen Yoga is low to moderate intensity and room temperature is approximately 75 degrees. Enjoy!
