Meet Rachel Blackwell:
I received my teacher training in ashtanga yoga at BYS in Pittsburgh, PA under Lynn Rescigno. I have been practicing yoga for over 6 years, and I believe yoga is an excellent physical and mental practice for people from all walks of life. Yoga postures and the study of yoga philosophy have helped me to move through life with a calm, focused, and appreciative mentality. I have a passion for sharing the practice and joy of yoga with others.
