Kundalini yoga was first brought to the United States in 1969 by Yogi Bhajan for the "everyday person." In the physical body, the kundalini resides in the spine. Through the kundalini yoga practice, the kundalini rises to elevate our vibrations and consciousness. This class will focus on the foundation of kundalini yoga through a Kriya, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation.
