Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation practise. Guided by Caroline, you will be able to settle yourself into a comfortable position with blankets, bolsters and cushions, and invite your bodymind to rest. Caroline leads you into and out of the practise. You just have to listen to the voice. Totally rejuvenating, this practise is said to equal four times the rest as you would get in the equivalent period of sleep. You need to do nothing, just be here, for yourself, nobody else. Return to yourself.
