Join Harlem Cycle and JTW Fit for cycling, strength training and circuit training classes. For 2 hours stop in and take any or all of our 30 min pop up classes then stick around for Free Massages, healthy cooking samples and protein shakes and so much more. All classes are great for all fitness levels. Music by DJ Dan the Man. Classes are donation based with min suggested donation of $8. All proceeds go to a local Harlem based non profit.
