Michael Fabbri quickly stamped his mark on the UK circuit appearing in the 2003 final of Channel 4’s ‘So You Think You’re Funny?’ and rapidly earned a reputation as one of the most promising up and coming comedians on the circuit. A reputation that he is living up to, regularly performing for the best clubs in the country.

He has an affable and electric style of comedy, with material that ranges from the cerebral to the smutty. With a dark and honest approach to some of life’s more touchy subjects Fabbri manages to effortlessly slip between some harsh, controversial topics to light-hearted silliness to make for a refreshingly eclectic and brilliantly funny act.

He has worked as a writer for Radio and TV and recently had his own stand up series: 'Dyslexicon' on BBC radio 4. He has done several solo shows at the Edinburgh fringe festival and worked as a support act for Micky Flanagan, Lucy Porter, and Stephen K Amos.

With musical skills that would easily fit into many rock bands Duncan Oakley performs an infectious mix of musical comedy and stand up with one of his trusty guitars - Maurice (Fender Strat), No.7 (acoustic) or his Les Paul (the Lezza) by his side. With an eye and ear for the silly, rude, playful and downright irritating occurrences of life Duncan musters up songs that not only make you laugh, they bury into the recesses of your mind and find you a humming tune with a smile on your face three days later, confused and wondering where it’s come from.

Duncan has performed for nearly 10 years on the UK and international stand up circuit and his easy confidence and good natured banter make him a regular performer at some of the UK’s bigger weekend clubs as well as festivals and Uni gigs. He is one of the leading headliners in the business. A talented all-round musician Duncan can also perform with harmonica, drums & piano as a one man musical whirlwind. He powers out a deft blend of stupidity and truly impressive musicianship with hilarious results.

Welcome to the world of Duncan Oakley.

Lesser musical comedians hide behind their guitars and use them as a shield but his is definitely a sword as audiences who have been slain with laughter will gladly testify!

“Pure brilliance” Yorkshire Evening Post
"Unlike some musical comics who rely on a guitar to get them through, Oakley's routine deftly mixes the tunes with the stand-up" - City Life
“24-carat likeability” - Plymouth Herald
“Punchlines come at a heckler-proof rate” - Chortle
