Pony Up! is a fitness class designed to work on core building, strength training exercises, and the use of equestrain methodology.
The class is 45 minutes long with alloted ground warm up, thirty minutes mounted exercise, and time at the end for cool down. There is a weekly challange to help you meet your fitness goal.
You do not need any horse experience to participate. The class is staffed with lesson assistants, an HRA instructor, and a fitness coach.
We have classes on Saturdays at 9:00am (4/14, 4/21, 4/28). And classes on Tuesday Nights at 7:00Pm (4/10, 4/17, 4/24).
Drop in Rate. Drop in participants must still Register to reserve a horse/spot in class.
