EARLY BIRD RATE: Residents: $60 / Non-Residents: $65 (Ends April 10)
REGULAR RATE: Residents: $70 / Non-Residents: $75 (Closes April 17)
WALK INS: $10 Cash only. Due to instructor at the beginning of class. (Provided minimum is met to run the class.)
TIME: 7:30–8:00am

The name says it all! In just a ½ hour, HIIT it then KICK it, quickly getting on with your day. Perfect for those who “don’t have time to work out.” What makes HIIT unique is its boost to metabolism, quickly turning on energy levels and your fat burning furnace lasting several hours proceeding. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense bursts of exercise with less intense recovery periods between intervals. During recovery periods, we’ll punch and kick stress to the curb. Simple to follow, learn and incorporate into busy schedules. For the self-motivated it’s also simple to do at home or while traveling. No need for a gym, just put on your favorite tunes and HIIT it! So, no excuses! Please join us and learn the fastest track to your ultimate fitness. The only regret you’ll have is missing out on the results if you don’t! Recommended for anyone with an established Beginner–Advanced level of aerobic fitness. Not sure? Feel free to request consult phone call with instructor prior to registration.
Note: There will be an optional 10min. extension after class focusing on Abs & Glutes (mat required)

Bring; water, hand towel, 1-2 pound weights (optional), supportive tennis or running shoes (no street shoes please) and a mat if staying for extended 10min. Ab/Glute session.
