Watch the short video now for a flavour of this wonderful, warm weekend away, and do think about coming along to this year’s Menorah Weekender, Friday 11 May - Sunday 13 May.
Building on the tremendous success of last year, we are returning to the luxurious Hartington Hall, with a programme including Frank Vigon, an MP and a labour insider, pro-peace Israel activists, equilinearity in Reform Judaism, a Jewish perspective on the crisis of liberalism, art therapy, music, Jewish aspects of contraception, running and walking, state of the Northern Reform communities, the Heights of Abraham, children-led Havdallah, a WW2 internment camp in Manchester and Jewish comedian of the Year Philip Simon, doing comedy workshops and a Saturday night show. There’s also a full and varied-by-age children’s programme and a crèche, as well as Menorah’s traditional Shabbat service and an alternative led by David Hoffman of Shir Chadash – plus of course the Great Jewish Bake-Off returns.
Do have a look and please book now, as there are just a few family rooms left.
120 people can’t be wrong !
And if a whole weekend is too much, please come and join for the day: book in the same way or just contact us at email@example.com
Either way, it’s a unique opportunity to dive into one of Menorah’s best bits and enjoy the fun, and even sun, with the best our progressive, vibrant community has to offer.
