This calming class is set in a slow-paced environment and incorporates breathwork, Gentle & Restorative yoga postures, grounding meditation, deep relaxation and sweet stretch - to help you holistically decompress and release. Leaving you feeling renewed, relaxed, restored - and prepared to tackle the new week ahead. ॐ

Class integrates Mindfulness into the practice, as JoAnna McNelis, E-RYT creates a comfortable environment to learn about, express and understand the importance of self-care, self-love & self-compassion.
