Whether you employ one person or many, there are several things you are required to do by law when a new employee starts, and there are some recommended steps to take to help settle them into their new role.
During this session Trish Hall will explain how to set up employee systems and procedures including house rules, employment agreements, position descriptions and expectations. Based on her experience, she’ll provide some practical advice covering the advantages, and things to watch out for, when undertaking these steps.
