Meditation is about living in the present moment. Enjoying all the parts of that moment. What better way to be in the moment than with Paint, Canvas & some relaxing music.
This workshop will be with a twist.
I have 2 others Joining me in leading you on a creative journey of healing and relaxation.
This workshop will help you understand how color therapy can help in so many ways, adding essential oils to your painting can bring about more calm and vitality. How to use your brush to paint the masterpiece you want.
We will learn how the color of foods can help enhance our overall system as well.
You will then be guided through a calming, non-judgmental mindful painting session.
No skills required, just You being in the moment with an open mind.
Rebecca Flora is a self taught artist (since 2014) using mindfulness to create her art. Rebecca is a teacher of mindfulness, practicing meditation for many years & will bring a calm, non-judgmental atmosphere for you to create in.
Jessica Claybaugh is a Yoga instructor & Artist who will help you to understand the ways to open your energetic field & to have more flow in your life with color.
Amy D'Lynn: Artist, will show ways to use the colors, brush & essential oils in your painting. To create the masterpiece you desire.
