About the Instructor
Sat Jot Kaur/Cathleen Kelly, RN, MSN, is a K.R.I Certified Kundalini Yoga and registered (RYT) instructor who completed her 200-hour training in Baldwinsville, NY in 2016. She received her certification in Radiant Child Family Yoga in 2017 and is passionate about sharing the music, rhythm, and joyful healing that she has discovered through Kundalini Yoga. Sat Jot teaches private, group, and children’s classes.
