Fabienne C. Grossman, RD, LD, ERYT is a Registered Dietitian & Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. She has been a practicing yogi for over 20 years and teaching yoga for over 8 years. She takes joy in teaching and offering Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation & Ayurveda instruction in private and group settings so that everyone may have the opportunity to experience these ancient teachings, enabling them to incorporate these healing practices into their daily life for optimal health, energy and well-being. She often incorporates essential oils to open airways, balance & focus.
