Creating a Home Practice
This month’s workshop tackles the problem of learning something great in class, then forgetting it when you’re on your own. Yoga Instructor, Jennifer Gaspers, will help you build a sequence of poses that make sense for you: from warm-up to moving into deeper stretches, and the best poses for prior to savasana- while creating a personal notebook of poses to take with you and practice at home. Please bring a notebook or journal. Yoga mats, straps and blocks provided.
All fitness levels welcome, no experience necessary.
