Your teacher is the wonderful Annabelle O Cinnseala who has trained in ASHRAM. She has a very holistic approach and her classes will be enjoyed by all levels.
Here is an explanation from Annabelle:
"I consider my yoga teaching as holistic, as I like to incorporate massage, breath work, and relaxation/meditation into my sessions. My sessions are aimed at beginners and those with some experience. Teaching a more relaxed session allows the individual's body to function on a parasympathetic level enabling normal body function and healing to take place. My intention is to ignite a spark of self-awareness in the person, which can grow into self-guidance and acceptance"
