Free Naloxone kit & training for EVERYONE, this includes family members, friends, educators, business owners, or any member of the community who want to have a free Naloxone kit on hand in case of an overdose. Naloxone is a medication that is safe and easy to use when someone is overdosing on a variety of opiates, including heroin or prescription medications such as Percocet, Oxycontin, Dilaudad, Codeine, Fentanyl.

This is a free, casual, open setting. The training will be presented by Michelle from Prevent Overdose and Naloxone Intervention.

West Warwick, Rhode Island is leading the way in addressing the overdose epidemic that has hit our town and the entire nation. The West Warwick Police Department, Thundermist Health Center, West Warwick Public Library. Westbay Community Action, & so many more are training their staff on Naloxone, and we want to be sure you have the same opportunity.
