Functional Interval Training
Join us to learn and experience the difference interval workouts can make in your training routine. You will burn fat, gain strength, and boost your metabolism by incorporating these high-intensity training methods! You will push through pre-conceived limitations with the help and encouragement of coach Miranda Wayman and your fellow training partners. Come join us; you will not regret it!
This event is open to EVERYONE; including non-members of HealthPlex. Cost is $5 per person. Class duration is 1 hour and will be held in the HealthPlex Fitness group exercise room. Childcare is additional monthly or per visit.
