I'm looking forward to offering a special Kundalini Yoga & Meditation class, Calm mind peaceful heart.
Sunday, April 8th, at Heart Space Yoga & Therapies in Midleton, from 10am to 11.30am. There are only few places available.

We will be using a combination of asana (postures) – offered in sets of exercises called kriyas; mudra (hand gestures); mantra (chanting); pranayama (breath-work) and meditation to support you in developing a calm mind and peaceful heart.

Kundalini Yoga is often referred to as the ‘Yoga of Awareness.' It is an avenue to Self experience and expansion. The yoga practice integrates breathing techniques, active movement, held stretches, deep relaxation, meditation, mudra (hand positions), and mantra (meditation utilizing the repetition of sound).

Kundalini Yoga is dynamic, fun and incredibly efficient. It is challenging yet obtainable for almost everyone.
