The Shadow Series by Morrighan Lynne:

Each class will focus on a specific aspect of shadow work. You will be fully armed with tools and insights to do the necessary work to heal the wounds within the shadows of your soul. We'll journey together with hands on exercises, guided meditations, and insightful conversations through each layer of our shadows selves. There are six classes in this series, each one building on the previous. And where it is not a requirement to take them all, you will get the most out of your experience if you do. I simply ask that you come open and willing to participate powerfully and SHOW UP in your own journey! This is your time! You've got this!

Breaking the Illusion of Being in Control: This particular class will focus on the difference between being in charge of our life and moving away from the illusion that we have to control everything. It's a very important distinction, especially for those of us we jokingly call "Control Freaks." To shift from an illusionary/reactive survival mechanism to a proactive embracing of what is....well isn't that just delicious?! And the best part, we’ll be digging in a little to find out just exactly where that control freak was born. Giving you the chance to heal that moment and move forward without that wound. Other topics of discussion: regaining trust within ourselves; discovering our “three breaks”; child mind vs wise mind thinking; common survival mechanisms that need to be healed.
