Join us as we explore yoga poses and breath awareness, creative self-expression and methods for managing stress and emotions to connect with and empower our own radiant being!
Inspired by Kidada Jones' book, School of Awake, and combined with Danielle's own experiences from sharing yoga and mindfulness with children of all ages, this class series is designed to guide tweens through an eight-week journey of self-discovery, including learning to become present, embracing their inner radiance and power, and sharing their dreams and gifts authentically with the world. Each week, we will create something new to add to our "soul-soothing took kit."
Positive affirmations, music and movement, art projects, and essential oils will also be used throughout this series.
**This is an eight week series that runs repeatedly throughout the school year. Feel free to drop in any Tuesday at 4:30pm!**
$185 for each 8 week series | $25 drop-in session
