Learn how to make a proper PATE SUCRÊ in a FUN & CREATIVE ENVIRONMENT under the guidance of our experienced Principal & Executive Chef, Mr Pieter Germishuys, and Patisserie students. You will prepare and make the following:

• Chocolate, Almond and Chilli Tartlet
• Fresh Fruit Tartlets with Honey and Mint Crème Anglaise
• Baked Caramel and Crunchie Cheesecake
• Banoffee Pie
• Amarula Milktart

WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable clothes and shoes
WHAT TO BRING: A take-away container

We can ONLY accommodate a maximum of 8 students per class. We need a minimum of 5 students to continue with the dayschool.
