The Dickinson State University Department of Agriculture and Technical Studies presents the 6th Annual “Opportunities in Agriculture” event to be held Wednesday, November 15, 2017.
This event was created because the DSU Department of Agriculture and Technical Studies wanted its students to learn more about the agricultural businesses and graduate schools in the region, network with these businesses and schools, and make connections for future opportunities after graduation.
At 1:00 p.m., the keynote speaker, Julie Schaff Ellingson, Executive Vice President of the North Dakota Stockmen’s Association, will present a unique perspective on the opportunities available for our students in the agriculture industry.
This event also allows the agricultural businesses and graduate schools in the region to get to know DSU's students! DSU values its students and believes they have much to offer when they begin their careers after graduation. They also have much to offer in internships and in jobs where they can work while attending college. This is the public's opportunity to learn about our students!
Plan to attend this event! Meet our remarkable students in person. Our students are scholars, athletes, and leaders both in the Department of Agriculture and Technical Studies and across campus. They are dedicated, hard-working, and motivated individuals. These students are the future of agriculture.
