Learn how to make fresh flavored fresh pasta in 8 colors: ivory, green, white, black, brown, yellow, red and blue light all natural ingredients.

Learn home style Italian sauces like carbonara, puttanesca, pesto, bolognese and seafood.

Demonstration with student participation. Apron is included. Please bring hand towel and food containers.
