Learn how to bake, prepare and ganache, cover and decorate a cake with marshmallow fondant.

• Cream Cheese Pound Cake
• Chocolate Ganache
• Marshmallow Fondant.

Hands-on class. Apron is included. Please bring long or short rolling pin, pizza cutter, cake smoother and hand towel.
