Join personal trainer Jennifer Hicks for a powerful full-body workout. This six-week program runs Wednesday, April 18 through May 23.

The cost of the full program is $60 +HST. Drop-ins are welcome at $12 per class (the Day Pass fee of $10 applies to non-members).
