Join us for our weekly dinner series where we explore the flavors of Southeast Asia. All of our food is 100% plant based and drawn on the culinary experiences of Bret Morgan during his travels throughout Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore. Joining him will be Shiah Blau, former Chef/Owner of Colonel's Kissing Booth in Asbury Park.

First Course:
Indonesian Coconut Pumpkin Soup
Kabocha squash, coconut milk, ginger, tumeric, & cumin, a favorite from the Warungs in Bali

Main Course:
Panang Curry with Black Rice
A spicy and savory house made curry blend of garlic, shallots, thai chilis, coconut milk, tamarind, galangal, lemongrass, & kaffir lime served with Tofu, Broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, & a black rice.

Thai Coconut Ice Cream
A non-dairy coconut based ice cream brought to you straight from the walking street markets of Chiang Mai (or maybe Cookman Creamery)

* All food is 100% vegan but omnivores are welcome with open arms. We cook with organic ingredients when possible.

* This event is BYOB but non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

Early Seating: 7:00PM
Late Seating: 9:00PM

All seatings will be communal but we can make special arrangements for parties of 6 or more. Space is limited for both seatings.
