Join Jessica Coyne, Owner of Higher Power Yoga and Fitness in Dover for a 6 week series of Yoga classes designed for those suffering from the pain and other complications of scoliosis. These classes are for anyone and no yoga experience is necessary!
Jessica is specially trained in yoga that helps to alleviate symptoms of scoliosis, and that may actually even help to correct the curves in your spine*!
This yoga class will include exercises, stretches and breathing methods that can help ease pain. You'll learn movements you should and CAN do and the movements you should avoid. Things that could actually make your curvature/rotations worse!
Learn to manage your pain without surgery or medications!
You'll be asked to fill out a short questionairre to help determine how to better help your specific conditions.
