We have 4* swim clinics on April 14th, all 30 minutes in length. Led by our newest trainer, Nick, joining us from Colorado with many ironman events and triathlons under his belt.

2-2:30 LEVEL 1
Build a solid foundation: Body positioning, breathing, speed work
2:30-3 LEVEL 2
Take your swimming to the next level: Strong catch, body roll, efficiency and open water drafting skills
3-3:30 LEVEL 3
Get technical and sharpen your skills: Efficiency, building power, improve pacing and energy conservation
3:30-4 FLIP TURN (See Tri Fitness facebook events for it's own page) Learn to 'flip turn' at the end of the swimming pool lane.
Don't go into your next triathlon ready to do the bike and run but terrified of the swim. You can be just as comfortable in the water as you are on that bike seat!
