Join me for this 2 hour Yin yoga practice and give yourself the time and space to quieten the mind and reconnect with your body.
In today's fast paced society we have little time to experience stillness and as a result we can end up feeling stressed and exhausted, We all need to learn how to slow down and disconnect.
The practice will allow you to come to a place of calm where you can become more present and aware of the sensations in your body, bringing back a sense of harmony and balance.
This is a floor based practice, where poses will be held for up to 5 minutes. The use of blocks, bolsters and blankets will ensure that you feel comfortable and supported, allowing you to soften, surrender and come to a place of complete stillness.
The class will finish with a guided meditation. The perfect way to set yourself up for the week ahead!
