Corinne will run a 2 hour workshop for our new students and others who are still struggling setting up for this pose.
We will look at correct alignment, how to set up and learn options for your own needs, how to protect your neck, counter-indications, benefits & alternatives when you do not want or cannot practise this pose. You will learn the different stages of practice that will finally take you to the full pose! This workshop is essential if you are new to the practice as you want to know your options if you are not doing the shoulderstand in class.
