Term 4: Saturday 27 October | 1.00-3.00pm

Progression into the pose looking at correct alignment, support and variations, and how to practise in a safe & effective way. We will also look at different options and supports for your practice.
This workshop is suitable for students at level 1 and up wishing to build their skill and deepen their practice and understanding. You need to have 1 year of regular shoulder stand practice for this workshop.
