On April 19th at 4:30 PM a natural Rock fountain will be unveiled at the Joan Angela D’Alessandro White Butterfly and Garden during a short ceremony in front of the Hillsdale Train Station (Corner of Broadway and Hillsdale Ave). The Fountain will be named the Child Safety Forever Fountain signifying the never-ending importance of Child Safety in our community and society. The ceremony will also mark 45 years since Joan’s death at the hands of a neighbor and the beginning of her legacy for child safety awareness that has brought significant changes in society with the passage of 5 laws. The ceremony will also include live music from the Hug Revolution and children from the Holley Center, in Hackensack, that the Foundation helps.
