Teen Yoga - ages 13+ - Wednesdays 4:30pm - 5:30pm £10/session starting from 25th April.
Spaces will be limited to 10 and we are going to trial a block booking format of 5 sessions starting the week 23rd April.
Led by our wonderful new teacher Jess
Jess discovered yoga 8 years ago during her time training at the Royal Ballet School. After graduating, she continued her yoga practice whilst completing a BA Hons Degree in Professional Dance and Performance at Central School of Ballet. She then went on to practice yoga in Rishikesh, India and completed her teacher training in 2015 at Centered Yoga, on the Thai island of Koh Samui under Paul Dallaghan.
She has since taught in varying environments in and around London, from corporate offices to schools and private home settings.
Yoga has shifted Jess’s outlook to a more centred and peaceful place, something that she try’s to share with everyone she teaches. In Jess’s classes there is focus on alignment, muscle engagement and use of breath to help calm the mind. Jess creates a relaxed space for people to explore their bodies at their own pace.
Jess’ Youth Yoga
Jess’ Youth Yoga classes aim to share the benefits of yoga with young people. Jess creates a relaxed environment in which young yogi’s can explore their body and mind at their own pace. The classes consist of breathing and movement exercises which, when practiced, can lead to a more peaceful and serene existence.
